Booking Cancellation
You can easily cancel your booking within 48 hours before the day of the visit for free. However, in case you cancel your visit after that period, a cancellation fee of 50% of the amount of your order applies. Cancellations within less than 12 hours before the arranged time of the service will be charged the full amount of the order.
What is more, neither cancellations nor refunds will be issued on bookings placed during bank holidays, National days and annual holidays such as Christmas, Easter, Mother’s day, etc. which must be performed within the holiday period, if the order was placed within 5 days prior to the holiday itself.
