Description of services

Clean-Today.co.uk provides its customers access to professional cleaning services. Without claiming to be comprehensive, we offer domestic cleaning, commercial cleaning, cleaning after tenancy, carpet and upholstery cleaning, after builders cleaning, oven cleaning, housekeeping services as well as driveway and patio cleaning. Furthermore, our services can be booked and scheduled online or during a phone call with our representative. 

Personal use limitation

Both services and data provided on this website are for your personal use only. It is strictly forbidden to modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, reproduce, publish, license, or sell any information obtained from Clean-Today.co.uk. 

Software use

The Software provided on Clean-Today.co.uk is also a subject to the Terms and Conditions. None of our clients will receive access to our services unless they accept the terms of the agreement.

Account, password and security 

Every customer is entirely responsible for the confidentiality of their account number and password. In addition, you are responsible for any activities that occur under your account. According to the Terms and Conditions, you agree to notify Clean-Today.co.uk immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach in security. Clean-Today.co.uk is not liable for any loss that you may incur as a result of someone else using your account number or password, either with or without your knowledge. You may not use anyone else’s account number at any time. 

Unlawful or prohibited use

It is not allowed to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any services, other accounts, computer systems or networks connected to any Clean-Today.co.uk server or to any of the services, through hacking, password mining, or any other means. You may not obtain or attempt to obtain any materials or information through any means not intentionally made available through the services.

Booking Terms

You can easily book cleaning services on Clean-Today.co.uk. Our website is designed to suit your needs and is easy to navigate. However, you can book online the following services:

Once you place your order on Clean-Today.co.uk, you will receive an order confirmation email that your booking is successfully placed. Still, we kindly ask you to patiently wait for our member to reach you out confirming the appointment and the other details about your order. 

In case you need a carpet, after builders or driveway and patio cleaning, please contact us on the phone. The prices of these services are NOT fixed and are calculated based on several factors.

Furthermore, If you need same day cleaning services, please feel free to contact us to schedule an appointment. In case you want to take advantage of this service, you need to request the service before 12pm local time. Also, you will NOT be able to book the same day cleaning online. 

What is more, please keep in mind that the pricing of the service for the same day is done as the standard prices listed on our website are increased by 50%.

Additionally, the prices listed on our website do NOT include deep cleaning. In the case of heavy soiling, stains that have not been treated and require special care on our part, additional charges apply. Clean-Today reserves the right to charge its customers additionally  at the time of cleaning, in case of the need for deep cleaning, moving furniture and additional services not mentioned or requested in advance by the client.

In addition, Clean-Today reserves the right to refuse an order in case of heavy contamination not mentioned in advance, presence of human or animal fluid, as well as in the presence of hazards of any nature.

Booking Cancellation

You can easily cancel your booking within 48 hours before the day of the visit for free. However, in case you cancel your visit after that period, a cancellation fee of 50% of the amount of your order applies. Cancellations within less than 12 hours before the arranged time of the service will be charged the full amount of the order. 

What is more, neither cancellations nor refunds will be issued on bookings placed during bank  holidays, National days and annual holidays such as Christmas, Easter, Mother’s day, etc. which must be performed within the holiday period, if the order was placed within 5 days prior to the holiday itself. Otherwise, a cancellation fee of the full amount of the order applies. 

Satisfaction Policy

If you are not satisfied with the quality of our services, please contact us. As our customers’ satisfaction is our main goal, we will be glad to assist you with solving this issue. In such cases and after further investigation, we issue a partial or full refund or give our customers a store credit which can be applied to their future order. Please note, that this credit can be used only once, cannot be combined with any other credits or discounts and cannot be redeemed as well.

Payment Policy

Online Orders

Orders placed through our website should be paid up to 24 hours after receiving confirmation of your order. Failure to make payment within this timeframe will result in the order being considered invalid.

Phone or Email Orders 

For orders placed via phone or email, payment is required within 5 business days from the day of the cleaning appointment unless otherwise negotiated with our team.

Payment Delays 

If payment is delayed for more than 5 business days from the day of your appointment, the amount owed will increase by 50%. Furthermore, delays for more than 30 days will result in a price increase of 100%. 

Secure Deposit

Clean-Today reserves the right to require a secure deposit of up to 50% of the total amount for orders placed via phone or email. This deposit is intended to secure your booking and will be deducted from the final payment upon completion of the cleaning service.
